Our strong points are more than a decade of experience in object-oriented software development (JAVA, Smalltalk) and over 20 years of experience in insurance business. This is combined in an open working environment with a lot of interaction between team members and our partners (customers) all over Europe. We are a self-organized (non hierarchical) and constantly learning organization. One of our main mottos is "Change is the only constant!".
